To any and all that are in the process of choosing a great Realtor, this is just a letter of praise for Kacey Thorps who sold my home as a short sale. Kacey was so considerate as far as maintaining my privacy while I was still living there. She was very efficient and professional. I was able to move out and not worry about anything-she just handled everything for me and kept me informed on the status of the sale. She worked with the mortgage company to get them to approve the short sale (which is not an easy thing) as well as handling and updating my information to get the approval. This is a lady who can be trusted and I am very glad that I had her help with this. She made this a very easy process. Also it will help my credit rather than having a foreclosure.
